Through collaboration with the client, we identified crucial areas of the industry, product specifications, trends, and seasonal fashions. This served as the foundation for establishing a timeline of content activities. By leveraging the client’s exceptional photography, we created various articles that align with the brand style to augment the site’s wealth of information and page count. We aimed to enhance user knowledge on tile industry trends, among others. A 59.2% open rate was achieved in one month with the open rate not lower than 30% for the activity.
